I have been giving presentations around the USA for a decade. This year was my first time presenting outside of the country. I was so excited when I was invited to speak at AngularConnect in London earlier this month. While I have been to some countries in Europe in the past and I’m originally from Europe myself, I have never been to London or U.K. Even if I had already visited London in past, it was still a very special place for me to give a presentation.

Today is 27th anniversary of ADA – Americans with Disabilities Act. On the photo above is me giving a presentation last year about accessibility at a local event that happened to be on the anniversary of ADA. The slide on the photo says: “Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws.” It’s Plato’s quote and my favorite.
Comments closedI like using WordPress for its lower learning curve (compared with other open source CMSs like Drupal) and many other features that I can use to create a website – especially as a designer. I attended the camp in NYC twice with the most recent one earlier this summer.
