This year I gave the highest number of presentations in my 8 years of public speaking. Some articles on my public speaking in 2016:

I had the pleasure of attending some user-experience related events this year. Some examples are:

Sadly, many events are still not accessible to me as a deaf person. If your organization is hosting or sponsoring an event that I may be interested in attending and are willing to make it accessible for me, please let me know.

I provided consulting services, training sessions, workshops to organizations to help them make their products and services more user-friendly and accessible. One example was teaching a workshop at General Assembly. You can read some of the feedback from my clients.

Following are some other articles I wrote in 2016:

Does your organization want to be on Santa’s Nice List ??in 2017?

Become more friendly to people with disabilities by making your products, services, events usable and accessible.

People with disabilities make up the largest and sadly the most ignored minority and are even excluded from diversity and inclusion equation, but they can contribute a lot to society if the world is accessible to them. Accessibility is also universal design benefiting more people than just those with disabilities. It also increases your market and improves your business bottom line. To learn more about how to do that, contact me for consulting services, training sessions, workshops, speaking engagements.
